Service areas across Westchester, Putnam and lower Fairfield

Based in Mount Kisco and on the road across the county every day. If your town is not listed, call anyway. We are probably already working two streets over.

One local crew, no hand-offs

Every town below is served by the same crew out of Mount Kisco. Nelson prices the job, is on site while it gets built, and is still the person who picks up when you call next spring. Nothing gets subcontracted out to a crew you have never met.

Town pages list the work we do most in that area: the soil, the slopes, the freeze cycles and the lot layouts we plan for there. If your town is not listed yet, the answer is usually still yes: call (914) 486-3682 and ask.

The same crew, three different counties

The work changes as the truck moves. Northern Westchester means rock ledge, wooded lots, wetland buffers and deer pressure, so projects there lean on drainage, dry-laid stone and plantings that survive browsing. The Sound Shore towns trade ledge for clay and flood history, where grading and storm drainage decide whether a yard works. Putnam adds elevation and longer winters, which pushes snow contracts and spring resets. Lower Fairfield brings Connecticut's own wetland review rules, which we plan around before the crew arrives.

Knowing which of those problems your town has is most of the value of the town pages below. Each one covers the soil, the rules and the work we actually do there.

Fairfield County, CT

Lower Fairfield, starting at the state line.

Putnam County

We work in Mahopac, Carmel, Brewster and Putnam Valley every week. Town pages for Putnam are in progress — call (914) 486-3682 and Nelson will tell you straight whether we can take the job.

Common questions

If yours is not here, call (914) 486-3682. Someone answers seven days a week.

The town matters less than the lot: slope, soil, access and scope set the number wherever you are. Nelson walks the property and leaves a written scope and price. The visit is free anywhere on this page.
