Price depends mainly on size, site access, excavation, base preparation, drainage and material. We walk the property, discuss the options and leave you with a written price. The walkthrough is free.
We can usually schedule a walkthrough within 24 hours. It takes about twenty minutes, and Nelson provides a written scope and price afterward.
No. Nelson walks and prices the job, and Baudi's own crew completes it. You keep the same point of contact before, during and after the work.
Hardscape projects are generally scheduled several weeks ahead, with spring filling first. Lawn care and smaller property-care work can often begin sooner. Nelson will give you an actual start date during the walkthrough.
We are based in Mount Kisco and work across Westchester County, Putnam County and lower Fairfield County in Connecticut. That includes Bedford, Chappaqua, Armonk, Katonah, Scarsdale, Rye and Greenwich. The full list is on our service areas page, and if your town is not on it, call and ask.
